A protected picturesque bay surrounded by wonderful countryside and suitable wind conditions: the best conditions for beginners to learn water sports safely. Our base lies away from the main traffic in the picturesque area of the naturist campsite La Chiappa – 15 minutes away from Porto Vecchio.
Important to know: We run our base independently from the campsite.
That is why external visitors and non-nudists are equally welcome. Our courses are not meant for nudists.
Call in on the way to us through the holiday village at the reception. There you can either leave an id-card or pay the daily fee – which will be refunded upon proof of participation in water sports (a stamp from us) when you leave the campsite. You may pass through the holiday village in clothes to reach us at the surf beach.
Showers and toilets are close to the water sports beach. You can shop in the local supermarket or enjoy a drink at the beach bar or in the restaurant Le Cerbicale.

Holiday Village La Chiappa: Free as a bird in the heart of a nature reserve
The family holiday village located off the beaten track on a peninsula south of Porto Vecchio among fragrant maquis: The 65 hectare area surrounded by fantastic sandy beaches and a rocky coastline. You can find shaded places everywhere to rest and recuperate, have fun and games.
This natural paradise for nudists offers 250 bungalows and 230 shady spots on the campsite. In the heart of the holiday village there are 2 pools (one heated and one with a paddling area) with a sun deck to lounge and relax if you do not want to go to the beach. Right by the sea: a restaurant and a bar. For shopping a supermarket is available.
Near our water centre the holiday residence offers a diving school for water sport fans.
Further activities on offer are among others aerobics, aqua aerobics, yoga and riding. Showers and toilets are also close to the water sports centre.

Tavelling by car
Travelling by car has many advantages and also offers the greatest possible flexibility for your stay.
Via France:
From northern / eastern Germany, there are highways via Karlsruhe-Saarbrücken-Metz-Nancy-Dijon. South of Dijon at Beaume you reach the A6 (Paris-Lyon motorway) , the continuation of which, the A7 and A8, lead to the heart Provence and to the Côte d’Azur with its ferry ports (Nizza, Toulon, Marseille)
Via Switzerland
From northern / western Germany, Switzerland and western Austria, you can use the Swiss motorway network to reach Basel or Zurich. From there you take the Gotthard tunnel via Milan towards the ferry ports of Genoa/Savona, Civitavecchia or Livorno.
Via Italy
For travelers from Austria, East Germany or Bavaria, there is also the alternative to drive via the Brenner to Bozen, or from Vienna via Venice to Verona, Parma or Bologna or Florence towards the ferry ports of Genoa/Savona, Civitavecchia or Livorno.
It is advisable to obtain detailed information about the traffic regulations of the countries you have to pass throgh before starting the trip. For example, in France there is a top speed of 80 km / h out of town on country roads.

Depending on where you come from, you can go to ports in the south of France or Italy or take a transfer from Sardinia. Examples:

F-Marseille – Porto Vecchio
F-Toulon – Bastia
During the season, ferry tickets should be reserved in advance because the ferries are usually fully booked.
Our suggestion: Book tickets early from home and benefit from special offers.

Travelling by plane
Various airlines fly directly to one of the four airports on the island.
Figari – in the south (approx. 20 km away from us)
Ajaccio – in the south-west (approx. 140 km away from us)
Bastia – in the north (approx. 150 km away from us)
Calvi – in the north-west (approx. 200 km away from us)
Olbia Costa Smeralda – (neighboring island of Sardinia – then transfer by ferry necessary)
Rental car
All well-known car rental companies are advailable at the airports.
Advance booking is advisable.
Domestic traffic
Public buses are available at the airports. Most places can be reached by public buses, but apart from the larger city connections, the buses only run once or twice a day.
Numerous websites have already listed the best routes and make your selection and booking easier.
